BP Log

Terms of use

BP Log is a free logbook for blood-pressure readings, run by Moonshot Labs LLC. Using it means agreeing to what’s below — which is short, and worth reading the first section of.

Last updated 19 August 2026

BP Log is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. It records numbers you type in and arranges them for you to look at. It cannot diagnose anything, it cannot tell you whether a reading is dangerous, and it is not a substitute for a clinician. The colour bands it shows are the published general ranges — they are context, not an assessment of you. If a reading worries you, or you feel unwell, speak to a doctor. In an emergency, call your local emergency number rather than opening an app.

What you’re agreeing to

These terms are between you and Moonshot Labs LLC. If you don’t agree with them, don’t use BP Log — and if you’ve already got an account, you can delete it from Settings at any time.

Your account

You sign in with an email link, or with Google or Apple. Keep control of whichever one you use: anyone who can read that inbox or open that provider account can reach your readings. Let us know if you think someone else has got into your account.

One account is meant for one person. You’re welcome to record readings on behalf of someone you care for, but only with their agreement — the data is health information and it belongs to whoever it describes.

Your data is yours

We claim no ownership of anything you enter. You can export it as a CSV whenever you like, and delete all of it from Settings. What happens to it while it’s here is covered by the privacy policy.

Because deletion is permanent and immediate, keeping your own copy of anything you’d miss is your responsibility. BP Log is not a backup service.

Fair use

Don’t:

We may suspend or remove an account that does any of these. Where it’s practical to warn you first, we will.

Availability

BP Log is free and provided as it is, without any warranty — that it will be available, that it will be free of faults, or that it will keep working the way it does today. Features can change, and the service could be discontinued.

If we ever shut it down, we’ll give reasonable notice in the app so you can export your history first.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Moonshot Labs LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your use of BP Log — including any decision taken on the basis of what it displays, and including data lost through deletion, fault, or the service ending. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

This matters most in one specific way, so it’s worth restating: this app is a place to write numbers down. Clinical decisions belong with a clinician.

Changes

These terms may change. When they do, the date at the top changes, and continuing to use BP Log means the new version applies. A change that materially affects you will be flagged in the app first.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
